 A: Our services include companionship, personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility assistance, transportation, and more — all tailored to individual needs.  


 A: If your loved one needs help with daily activities, safety monitoring of any sort, or simply desires companionship, home care can provide the support they need while allowing them to remain in the comfort of their own home.  


 A: Yes, we provide a free in-home or phone consultation to discuss care needs, goals, and create a personalized service plan.  


 A: Simply contact us by phone or email. We’ll schedule a consultation, develop a customized care plan, and match your loved one with a caregiver best suited to their needs.  


A: We charge an hourly rate for services, and we’re currently offering $5 off per hour for new clients. Please contact us directly for details based on your care needs.  


 A: Payments can be made by ACH (direct bank transfer) or credit/debit card. Families may also set up auto-pay for convenience.  


  A: We carefully match caregivers based on your loved one’s needs, preferences, and personality. If you ever feel a different caregiver would be a better fit, we’ll work with you to make adjustments.  


   A: Please notify our office as soon as possible. We do our best to accommodate changes, whether temporary or ongoing.

   A: Care plans are reviewed regularly and updated as needed to reflect any changes in health, needs, or family requests.  


  A: We have backup caregivers to ensure your loved one never goes without the support they need.  


  A: Yes. Our caregivers receive annual training to ensure the highest standard of safety, professionalism, and compassionate care.
